Your parcel will be packed as carefully as possible but damages can occur when couriers transport the goods. If there are any issues please record any damage and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I’ve changed my mind.
You can return your item/s to instore or by post within 14 days if item is unopened and in a re-saleable condition. Return postage is at your own cost, your package should clearly be marked as RETURNS and be sent to Nature’s Larder, 60 Holburn St, Aberdeen AB10 6BX.
If items are legible for a refund, cost of items less delivery will be issued to the original payment method once received. Refund time depends on your bank and can take up to 5 days.
Can I cancel my order?

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to UK Mainland is free over £39.
If spend is under £39 it is dependent on weight, which is calculated at checkout. Under 1.8KG is £2.99, if your parcel is over 1.8KG it is £4.99 for delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery. Delivery times are an estimate and can be subject to delays out of our control.

Can I collect my order?
Yes of course! At checkout, select "Collect From Store" and simply put in the store address as shipping address;

Do I need anything to collect my order?
All you need is your order number or ID.
We take our environmental responsibility seriously; not only do we recycle our paper and cardboard but we reuse it as much as possible before it is recycled. We try and re-use our suppliers packaging for packaging our own orders.
You’ll find many items in store packaging free such as household refillables, Faith in Nature and Greencity Soaps and fresh organic veg. The majority (working towards all) of our own pre-packaged wholefoods are packaged in NatureFlex – a natural, renewable film which is both biodegradable and compostable.

What is your wholefoods packaged in?
The majority (soon to be all) are packed in NatureFlex which is a compostable film which is made from natural, renewable resources, such as wood pulp, and is both biodegradable and compostable which makes it one of the most eco-friendly products we offer.
How can I become a supplier?
